Having trouble logging in? Here are some helpful tips to get you back in!

    Are you using mobile?
If so is your mobile version up to date?
    – Having the latest version can really help with the login process. This includes recent coding algorithms and other things that are included in these updates which should always be the latest code. Google usually uses the latest coding techniques that only updated browsers understand. Google will provide an older code for older browsers which doesn’t always work as good. You should see a google picture verification if you are using the latest version.
    Clear your cache.
    – A lot of mobile users have sent emails to me saying they couldn’t login. I simply asked them to clear the cache and so far I’d say 90% of the issues are fixed with clearing your cache and browser history on your phone.

    Are you using desktop?
    – If so make sure your browser is up to date.
    – Make sure your Operating System is updated. Windows XP is not updated anymore. This is an outdated Operating System that is vulnerable to attacks because it isn’t updated anymore. Microsoft Vista is an old operating system that is going extinct as well. You should be using Windows 7 or later. Windows 7 or later offers a free update as of now to windows 10. Windows 10 is the latest Operating system for windows. If you use windows 7 or windows 8 your computer will most likely handle windows 10 no problem.
    – Try to use a browser that is more popular and widely accepted by many coding standards. For instance Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari. These browsers are really good browsers that have really good support. YTT was built and tested with these browsers as well.
    – Clear your cache.

Using the latest versions of everything no matter what you are using is always the best option for you. Not only does it help you for security and vulnerability against hackers and other bad things but it also lets you view the latest and greatest browser codes which older versions do not support. Older versions could cause websites to not function or work correctly.

    Clear your cache.

Logged out or redirecting back to the home page once you login
Perhaps it’s working completely fine but it shows you as logged out once you just logged in… Or maybe it shows you as logged out after time. Try refreshing the page once or twice. Sometimes the caching will load the previous page and content before serving new page content to help save data. Refreshing the page will usually serve new content.
Logged in users should not be served cached pages.

If none of this works you can always contact us and we can work out the problem for you as well.
